Aviva Home Solutions

Solutions

Systems planned around the home, not sold one box at a time.

Heating, cooling, hot water, and solar interact. Sizing a furnace without looking at insulation, or adding solar without knowing your future electrical load, produces work you pay for twice. Every one of these starts with an assessment of your house.

How we decide

The assessment comes before the recommendation.

We look at equipment age and condition, ductwork and airflow, insulation and windows, electrical service capacity, hot water demand, and the comfort problems you actually notice. The recommendation follows from what we find.

Financing for eligible upgrades is available through Financeit for qualified applicants. Approval, rates, and terms are set by the financing provider.

Start with the home, not the equipment.

Tell us what is not working and what you want to improve. We will help you understand the practical options for your home.
