Information we collect
When you submit an assessment request or contact us, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, postal code, property details, the system you are asking about, your timing, whether you are interested in financing, your preferred contact method, and any notes you add.
We also record the consent wording and version you agreed to, the page you submitted from, the page you first landed on, the referring website, and campaign parameters present in the link you arrived through.
Why we collect it
We use this information to respond to your request, schedule an assessment, prepare recommendations for your home, arrange installation, support the work afterwards, and keep a record of the consent you provided. If you opted into marketing email, we also use your email address for that purpose until you unsubscribe.
Consent
Submitting the assessment form records your agreement to the following statement (version 2026-09-10.v1):
I am asking Aviva Home Solutions to contact me about this request by phone, text, or email. I understand that submitting this form does not create a contract or an approved financing application.
Marketing email is optional and recorded separately. You can withdraw either consent by contacting us at info@avivahomesolutions.com.
How it is stored and who can see it
Submissions are stored in our secured database and are accessible only to authorized personnel and the server-side systems that process them. Form submissions are not readable from this website by visitors.
We share information with service providers only where necessary to deliver what you asked for, for example with Financeit when you choose to apply for financing. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@avivahomesolutions.com or call 613-252-6225 and we will confirm what we hold and act on your request.
Analytics and cookies
This site records anonymous interaction events, such as which calls to action are used, to understand how pages perform. Those events exclude names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal codes, and note text. No advertising or analytics tracking scripts are active on this site until they are configured and disclosed here.
